Sleeping
The house has 10 beds, and there might be around 15 of us. If you have an air mattress, please bring it. If you’re cool with a couch, that helps a ton too. I’m bringing my own air mattress, so I’m covered. This way everybody gets a comfy spot to crash.

Since I’m covering the cost of the house, I only ask that you bring some money for food, snacks, drinks, and anything you want to buy if we check out places around the area. Plus your bus ticket, if you take the bus.
Getting There
Don’t have a car? Not a problem at all. A direct bus runs from the city to a stop that’s a short drive from the house.
Double check the exact fare and schedule on Coach USA and grab your tickets early, since summer weekend buses can fill up.
Ride with me
I’m renting a car that seats 5 including me, so I can bring 4 of you. Let me know early if you want one of those seats.
Ride with a friend
If someone you know who’s invited is driving up, you’re totally welcome to go with them. More cars, more room.
Take the bus
No ride? Grab a seat on the direct bus above and I’ll pick you up at the stop.
If you take the bus
- Book your ticketPort Authority to Lords Valley on coachusa.com. Get both ways.
- Text me your arrivalJust tell me when your bus gets to the Lords Valley stop.
- I pick you upI’ll be waiting at the stop and drive you to the house. It’s a short ride.
- Catch the bus homeI’ll drive you back to the stop for the bus to the city. Plan on an early bus, since checkout is usually early.
“If you take the bus, text me your arrival time at the Dingmans Tpk & I-84 Lords Valley stop and I’ll come pick you up. It’s a short drive to the house. Same goes for the ride home: I’ll drive you back to the stop for your bus. No questions asked.”
